The only reason that I rated customer service with a four instead of a five was because there was some confusion on the extra charge when I asked to change to twill. Love this handbag so much that I bought a few of them! The small size is what I would consider to be a standard purse size and the next size up, to me, is more of a book bag/tote size. They come with the long strap as an accessory and there was also a small flat black zippered pouch inside as well. The lining is orange so you can actually see everything inside and there are plenty of pockets on the inside, too. Also, I really liked that I could personalize the handbag. Because it was an international shipment, delivery took longer than regular domestic mail but I truly think that it was worth the wait. And, they were packaged exceptionally well.

I love the shirt. I got a unisex large. I wear women's XL. I did take the shoulders up about an inch. It is a tank and the armholes were really big. I could have worn a shirt underneath, but I get too hot with two shirts. The design is awesome. The graphic is not too thick or stiff. It would be nice if they came in women's sizes as well. The shipping was slow to start, but once it got rolling it moved fast. I did get it within the estimated time.

Good design work, super cute art but the Comfort Colors shirt material is awful. They only give a boxy shape, the fabric is not soft and just won't fit any body types well. All Etsy sellers need to ditch Comfort Colors, that are garbage shirts that are only used because they are cheap - would not have purchased this item if I realized that was the shirt brand they were using.
